What is WellConnect?

WellConnect enables donors of all types to post Giving Opportunities that your charity can apply to, with their WellFunded Portrait. 

Donors create opportunities based on cause, geographic or general areas of interest. Donors can add a few extra screening questions to the process to better understand you, and charities that meet their criteria, will be automatically notified in their inbox and can send their WellFunded Portrait, answer the additional questions and be considered for funding - within minutes not days.

How It Works for Charities

You’ll receive an invitation if your charity matches a funder’s criteria or search new opportunities listed on your dashboard.

Streamlined Screening Questions

Each Giving Opportunity may include a set of screening questions. If you’ve answered these questions before, your responses will auto-fill. You can update them as needed, no need to start from scratch.

Showcase Your Work with a Strong Profile

Make sure your profile is filled out with accurate details about your organization and current funding needs. Funders will often review your Charity and Project Portraits to decide if you’re a good fit.

Tip: A strong profile helps you get discovered and invited.

Select relevant Project Portraits from your profile. This helps funders understand exactly what you’re seeking support for, all without attachments or the extra formatting.

Submit and Track Your Applications

Submit your application directly through WellFunded. You can then monitor the status, view feedback, and accept grant terms, all from your dashboard.
