There are no transaction fees, no middlemen—just a clearer, simpler, and more consistent way to share your work.

Foundations and DAFs representing nearly $1 billion in assets already use WellFunded to search for charities, run WellChecks, and soon they’ll be receiving Charity Portraits directly through WellConnect.

Janet is a free tool that helps you create your Charity and Project Portraits without starting from scratch. Whether you're staring at a blank field or copy-pasting from an old grant, this assistant walks with you step by step.

How to Use It:

• Upload an old grant proposal and Janet will extract key details and format them for your profile.
• Answer simple prompts such as “What’s your mission?” or “What’s your theory of change?”
• Paste in text from your website, Word documents, or PDFs and Janet will clean it up to match our format.
• Get help one section at a time: Mission, values, leadership, budget, goals, or whatever’s next on your list.

You don’t have to finish everything in one sitting, and nothing is mandatory. But the more you share, the easier it is for funders to find and trust you.
